We are operating in the NewSpace sector, combining engineering, earth observation, and EO-based insights to address global challenges from security and sustainability to climate adaptation and disaster resilience.</p><p><br/></p><strong>Your Tasks and Responsibilities</strong><p><br/></p><p>Support the satellite system engineering activities, from development over launch till mission completion:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Support the definition and maintenance of technical requirements</li><li>Run simulations and analyses on satellite system/subsystem level</li><li>Support the satellite system interface management</li><li>Support the development of test concepts on satellite level</li><li>Support the mission analysis and operations preparation</li><li>Support the Lead Satellite System Engineer</li></ul><p> </p><strong>The Job Profile</strong><p> </p><p>Your education:</p><ul><li>University degree in Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent), preferably specialisation in space engineering</li></ul><p> </p><p>Your general professional experience:</p><ul><li>Experience in space industry / space projects, preferably in satellite mission projects</li></ul><p> </p><p>Your technical expertise:</p><ul><li>Strong knowledge and understanding of satellite systems / architectures and their subsystems and internal / external interfaces, preferably of earth-observation satellites</li><li>Profound knowledge and understanding of satellite mission analysis and operations</li><li>Experience with requirements engineering and technical interface management</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of satellite mission ground segments</li><li>Experience with programming language Python</li><li>Experience with software-based analyses and simulations</li></ul><p> </p><p>Your soft skills:</p><ul><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li><li>Pro-active mindset and hands-on mentality</li><li>Ability to think out of the box (open-minded)</li><li>Ability to take a global view (thinking from mission perspective)</li></ul><p><br/></p><strong>What we offer</strong><p> </p><p>You will be part of a NewSpace company that will revolutionize the world of EO with its own fleet of satellites.</p><p>You will have a chance to work in a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary, and diverse team with a strong desire to change the world.</p><p>You will tackle challenges and contribute to delivering Europe’s first commercial VHR multispectral satellite constellation, enabling an unprecedented understanding of our planet and its resources.</p><p><br/></p><p>At Marble Imaging, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming workplace.
