You will work closely with Research Consultants, supporting them in delivering impactful insights to clients while building a strong foundation across all steps of the research process.<br/><br/>You will play a key role in bringing research projects to life behind the scenes - translating project requirements into well-executed surveys, ensuring data quality, and enabling the generation of reliable insights.<br/><br/><strong>What you’ll be doing<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Operational implementation and coordination of market research projects, including programming, testing, and monitoring of surveys</li><li>Set up questionnaires and fieldwork on the Appinio platform, ensuring accuracy and high data quality</li><li>Support the adaptation and testing of questionnaires across different use cases and methods (e.g., U&amp;A, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff, Conjoint)</li><li>Monitor survey performance and proactively identify and resolve issues during fieldwork</li><li>Collaborate closely with Research Consultants, supporting analysis and reporting where needed</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Account Management and Research Consulting to ensure smooth project handovers and execution</li><li>Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all project steps, ensuring reliable and consistent delivery</li><li>Integrate AI across all research steps, collaborating with the Product team to enhance AI capabilities<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>You will thrive in this role if<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You have a degree in psychology, business administration, market research, statistics, or a similar data-related field</li><li>You have at least 1 or 2 years of work experience in market research</li><li>You are highly detail-oriented and enjoy working with data, tools, and structured processes</li><li>You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks in parallel in a fast-paced environment</li><li>You have very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or similar tools)</li><li>You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with different teams</li><li>You are fluent in English and proficient in German (C2 level, spoken and written)</li><li>You bring a hands-on, proactive, and pragmatic mindset, combined with a strong sense of ownership</li><li>You have an affinity for numbers, data, and analytical thinking<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Additional role details<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>This is a fully remote position open to candidates (ideally) based in Germany, the UK, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Spain</li><li>This role will report directly to one of our Team Lead Research Consulting DACH<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Our interview process<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Screening Call with the Research team</li><li>Case Study Interview with our Research Leadership team</li><li>Executive Interview</li><li>Offer<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Kind reminder:</strong> Please ensure that your application is submitted in English.<br/><br/><em>This post not only outlines our ideal candidate but also serves as an inspiration for what this role can evolve into.
