We make sure families are compensated for caring for their loved ones, and supply them with the homecare products they rely on every day.

Pflegewegweiser Shop is a startup within this scale-up. We're building an e-commerce business from the ground up. That means: no legacy accounts to inherit, no 40-page media plans, and no waiting three quarters for your test to go live. You launch it, you own it, you read and interpret the numbers, and you act accordingly.

What you'll own

The paid engine. You own Google Search, Shopping, and PMax end-to-end — from campaigns to assets to budget. You run the Merchant Center and the shopping feed like they're yours — because they are: clean data, healthy diagnostics, well-maintained feeds.

Meta & creatives. You plan, launch, and optimize our Meta campaigns. You drive the creatives that feed them — static and video — from in-house production to briefing and directing agencies. You know a winning ad isn't luck, it's a testing pipeline.

Funnels. You build marketing funnels across the entire customer journey and continuously optimize them — from first click to repeat purchase.

Growth sprints. You design experiments that open up new growth opportunities beyond day-to-day optimization. You find the growth opportunities we haven't identified or tapped yet.

New bets. You develop new business models together with the Head of E-Commerce, stress-test them, and make them better — expanding what the shop can be.

The setup. You question existing setups and processes, iterate on them, and make them better. If something is slow, manual, or "just grew that way," you challenge it.

The shop. You help improve the shop experience, drive e-commerce sales, and elevate the customer experience — your insights and improvement suggestions can be implemented quickly and directly to give our customers a better experience.

The numbers. You analyze marketing and sales KPIs to find growth opportunities and efficiencies. Your analysis doesn't just go into a report — it directly influences our spending and budget allocations.

What you bring

1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably at a startup, scale-up, or agency

Hands-on experience with paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta — you've set up and optimized campaigns yourself, not just watched a dashboard

A data-driven understanding of marketing and e-commerce KPIs — comfortable with reporting and able to move quickly from raw data to an actionable recommendation

Ownership from day one — you'd rather build the process than wait for one

Comfort with ambiguity and a healthy balance between speed and quality

German and English - both C1+

Nice to have

Experience with Google Merchant Center and shopping feeds

Familiarity with Shopify or a comparable e-commerce platform

Basic creative skills (Canva, CapCut, Figma, video production) and experience briefing creative agencies

Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, and funnel analytics

An affinity for healthcare/homecare — or the curiosity to dive deep

Why this role

0 to 1, for real. You build the growth engine instead of waiting for someone else to.

Direct line to leadership. You report to the Senior Growth Manager and work closely with the Chief Business Development Officer. Short paths, fast decisions, no bureaucracy. You learn fast, get direct feedback, and quickly gain ownership of your own topics and areas of responsibility.

Impact you can see. Small, independent team; your tests land in the business immediately.

Scale at your back. The pace and autonomy of a startup, backed by the resources of an international group — in one of the biggest growth markets there is: homecare and digital health.

How we operate — non-negotiable:

"Insanely great" for families — delivered now

Forget mere "satisfaction." We deliver support that makes caregivers feel seen, understood, and valued. Anticipate their needs and solve problems quickly. The standard is "insanely great," period. Anything less slows us down and fails our families.

Speed is king — ruthless focus is key

Velocity comes from focus. Eliminate distractions. Concentrate all effort on the #1 critical objective until it's done, then move to the next. Decide what not to do and cut it ruthlessly. Being a mile wide and an inch deep is failure — move the needle now.

Raise the bar — crush mediocrity

Mediocrity kills speed, morale, and companies. Hunt it down and eliminate it. Good enough is never good enough. Demand top performance from yourself and everyone around you. Own your work, deliver excellence fast, and accept no excuses.

The speed algorithm — question, delete, simplify, accelerate

Build momentum by questioning every requirement: who asked, and why? Delete ruthlessly — parts, processes, bureaucracy. Simplify what remains. Accelerate cycle times relentlessly. "It can't be done" means "you haven't figured it out yet — go do it." Break bottlenecks, find shortcuts, remove friction.

Act like owners — bold bets, fast action

This is your company. Own the mission and the results. Take initiative, make bold bets that leapfrog progress, and act decisively. If you stumble, learn faster and go again. Bias for action is everything.

The bottom line:

We are building something vital at lightning speed. This requires intensity, focus, and a relentless drive to execute. If reading this makes you want to jump in and build faster, welcome to Pflegewegweiser!
