What to Expect: Support the stable and secure operation of central security platforms in a highly critical hospital environment Handle incidents, service requests, and changes within the operational security function Implement security rules and manage protection mechanisms across firewalls, proxies, and related security services Contribute to the further development of security platforms and services Support the team with technical analysis, documentation, and the sustainable implementation of improvements What You Bring: Completed education in IT (or equivalent) with 1–3 years of experience (EFZ) in an IT/security environment; experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus Initial hands-on experience in operating or administering firewalls or similar enterprise security solutions, along with a solid understanding of networks Experience working in structured environments handling incidents, changes, and ticketing systems Good German and English language skills (written and spoken) for effective day-to-day collaboration A calm, solution-oriented, and responsible working style, even in challenging situations, combined with pragmatism and reliability A team-oriented and proactive personality with a strong willingness to learn and develop further
