For more information please see here:<br/><br/>https://www.roche.com/about/sustainability<br/><br/>As a <strong>Junior Corporate Sustainability Manager</strong>, you will report to the Chief Sustainability Officer and will play a role in developing, implementing, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to our business and sustainability goals.<br/><br/>You will be a part of a high-performing team, comprising the Chief Sustainability Officer, Corporate Sustainability Strategy Leads and Sustainability Managers. The team’s mandate is to develop the Sustainability Strategy for the Roche Group and oversee its implementation. You will work in a network with the sustainability teams across different functions and units in Roche to ensure aligned priorities, an integrated strategic roadmap, and consistent implementation thereof.<br/><br/>This position requires a dynamic individual with a background in project management, subject matter expertise in corporate sustainability and a passion for driving positive change across a global organisation.<br/><br/>The Opportunity:<br/><br/>Coordinate and execute the development of executive presentations on sustainability<br/><br/><ul><li>Translate sustainability content into clear, high-level narratives and strategic messages that demonstrate the business value of sustainability </li><li>Track and consolidate the progress and achievements of the Roche Group sustainability Priorities </li><li>Conduct deep-dive research and external benchmarking into sector specific sustainability trends to generate insights for our sustainability positions</li><li>Distill technical details from expert workstreams into clear, concise executive-level summaries. <br/><br/></li></ul>Delivery & Process Excellence<br/><br/><ul><li>Support strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to our business and sustainability goals</li><li>Manage timelines, stakeholder maps, and milestones for key activities, ensuring key strategic projects remain on track. Brings necessary stakeholders along the journey</li><li>Facilitate expert-level meetings and projects, representing the corporate sustainability viewpoint and ensuring alignment with our broader strategic roadmap. <br/><br/></li></ul>Who you are:<br/><br/>We are looking for a motivated, versatile, and highly organized professional who can navigate technical complexity of sustainability topics while maintaining a sharp focus on high-level strategic impact.<br/><br/><ul><li>You hold a University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>You bring proven working experience in top-tier consultancy focusing on sustainability and/or healthcare (ideally from Pharma and / or MedTech) </li><li>You have a practical understanding of core sustainability themes and/or the Pharma/MedTech industry</li><li>You have a solid understanding of the healthcare sector</li><li>Ability to translate complex details into compelling, executive-ready messages and presentations</li><li>Very strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively across divisions and build trust with experts and stakeholders at various levels. </li><li>Structured, systematic thinking and proven problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving and agile environment</li><li>Strong editorial and verbal communication skills in English, German is an advantage<br/><br/></li></ul>If you are a proactive professional looking to apply your strategic mindset to drive meaningful change at Roche and for society, we invite you to apply.<br/><br/>Who we are<br/><br/>A healthier future drives us to innovate.
