You will play a key role in defining enterprise security standards, shaping architectural direction, and ensuring systems are resilient against an evolving threat landscape.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Define, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide IT security architecture standards, frameworks, and guidelines</li><li>Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions</li><li>Design and review applications, systems, and infrastructure to ensure they meet security best practices</li><li>Apply modern security principles, including:</li></ul><p>Zero Trust Architecture</p><p>Defense in Depth</p><p>Automated Detection and Response</p><ul><li>Conduct security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and threat modelling</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards</li><li>Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on security architecture decisions and technology direction</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field</li><li>Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT Architecture, or similar specialisation (preferred)</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior IT security, architecture, or related role</li><li>Strong experience in:</li><li>Security architecture design and governance</li><li>Risk assessment and threat modelling</li><li>Security frameworks such as NIST CSF</li><li>Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent are a plus</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork abilities</li><li>Proven leadership presence and ability to influence decision-making</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Languages</strong></p><p>English – required</p><p>Italian – highly desirable</p><p>German – an advantage</p> </div>
