As part of this initiative, we are seeking two experienced IT Business Analysts with a strong background in digital lending within banking or financial services environments.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale transformation programme, working at the intersection of business and technology to shape the future of lending operations and customer journeys.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements related to lending products, processes, and systems.</li><li>Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, project managers, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.</li><li>Support solution design activities and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.</li><li>Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing activities.</li><li>Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, contributing to timely resolution.</li><li>Evaluate the impact of regulatory and industry changes on lending platforms and processes.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of lending operations and digital customer experiences.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Required Experience</p><p><br/></p><p>Professional Background</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.</li><li>4–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within digital lending transformation programmes.</li><li>Experience working with major banks, financial institutions, or lending organisations.</li><li>Proven track record delivering complex technology and transformation projects within the financial services sector.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Technical &amp; Domain Expertise</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle processes and banking operations.</li><li>Experience with business process modelling methodologies and tools such as BPMN and UML.</li><li>Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project delivery and collaboration tools.</li><li>Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.</li><li>Ability to navigate complex enterprise technology landscapes and system integrations.</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting lending environments would be advantageous.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Skills &amp; Attributes</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.</li><li>Comfortable working in dynamic transformation environments.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>What's on Offer</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Opportunity to contribute to a major digital lending transformation programme.</li><li>Exposure to complex, enterprise-scale banking technology environments.</li><li>Collaborative international team environment.</li><li>Long-term career growth within a highly regulated and evolving sector.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>We look forward to your application!</p> </div>
