What you’ll do

- Join one of our teams (Product, GTM, Talent, HR, or Operations) and contribute to high-impact projects from day one

- Take ownership of clearly defined workstreams that directly impact company growth

- Support and collaborate closely with founders and senior team members on strategic and operational initiatives

- Identify opportunities for improvements and proactively execute solutions

- Operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where interns are expected to take ownership and act with a strong sense or urgency

What we’re looking for

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Proven experience through 1-2 internships or roles in high-growth startups, venture capital, consulting, product management, or talent/HR-related functions

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly

- High curiosity about startups, technology, and what makes exceptional teams

- Most importantly: we care deeply about working with genuinely kind, collaborative, and hard-working people who make the team better through empathy and openness

- Demonstrated initiative through side projects, student organizations, research, or entrepreneurial experiences
