We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, providing an excellent opportunity to gain practical skills and insight into HR operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What you will do:

- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach (email or phone)

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers

- Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers

- Support in employer branding activities such as career fairs and social media campaigns

- Conduct market research on recruitment trends and candidate sourcing strategies

- Assist with candidate experience initiatives and post-interview follow-ups

- Perform other administrative tasks as needed within the HR department

What you will bring:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

- Experience using Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English, other language is a plus

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
