Together, the combined entity serves over 10,000 user organisations across 50+ countries with a team of around 225 people.</p><p><br/></p><p>Following the merger, the business is seeking an experienced <strong>Interim Marketing Leader</strong> to help drive the next phase of growth. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-moving SaaS environment.</p><p><br/></p><p>The interim will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to shape and execute the combined marketing strategy across both brands during a period of significant transformation.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Priorities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead post-merger brand integration — developing a cohesive identity and messaging framework across two established brands</li><li>Drive go-to-market strategy for new European markets, including Nordic expansion</li><li>Align and energise the combined marketing team of approximately 30 people across multiple European locations</li><li>Own demand generation across enterprise and self-service channels, with clear pipeline targets</li><li>Develop thought leadership positioning in privacy-first analytics at a time of significant regulatory change (EU Digital Omnibus, GDPR evolution)</li><li>Support the integration of the marketing technology stack, including CMP, Tag Manager, and analytics tooling (details shared at briefing stage)</li><li>Maintain momentum on MQL delivery to the sales team during the transition</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record leading B2B SaaS marketing at Director level or above</li><li>Experience managing large, cross-functional marketing teams (ideally 15+ people)</li><li>Strong background in demand generation, brand strategy, and go-to-market execution</li><li>Comfortable in a post-merger or high-growth environment where structure is still forming</li><li>Familiarity with data privacy, analytics, or martech sectors is an advantage</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Skills and approach:</strong></p><ul><li>Strategic thinker with a bias for action and execution</li><li>Confident leading through ambiguity and managing multiple priorities</li><li>Strong communicator, able to align senior stakeholders across different locations</li><li>Data-driven — comfortable using analytics to drive decisions and report on performance</li><li>Collaborative and inclusive leader who can build trust quickly with an established team</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why This Role</strong></p><p>This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a fast-growing, privacy-first analytics business at a genuinely pivotal moment.
