Our team brings together talent from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds — all united by a shared mission: to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to every business, not just the big players.

At Eye, you’ll work on projects with an international footprint, solving real-world challenges and helping to build a safer digital future for our clients.

About This Role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer (f/m/x) to strengthen our cloud and platform foundations and support engineering teams in building, deploying, and operating software solutions.

In this role, internally titled Infrastructure Engineer III, you will work alongside senior and staff engineers to build, maintain, and improve the services that our engineering teams rely on.

This is a role focused on solid execution and continuous growth. You will own well-scoped pieces of work end-to-end, support the engineering teams that depend on our platform, and grow into broader ownership over time with direct mentorship from experienced engineers on the team.

You will be part of a small, focused team that treats infrastructure as a product. Our goal is not just technically correct modules, but genuinely useful ones that make engineers’ lives easier, and we therefore expect a high level of ownership and communication.

The role is based in Berlin, with a bi-weekly commitment to travel to our office in Hallesches Tor.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.

Contribute to our internal platform: reusable modules, golden paths, and documentation.

Help implement and operate our observability stack through dashboards, alerts, and SLOs.

Support engineering teams by handling infrastructure-related requests with clarity and follow-through.

Debug issues across the stack (CI/CD pipelines, Terraform state, AWS services, runtime environments).

Write scripts and small tools (primarily in Go) to automate repetitive work.

Participate in design discussions, pair with senior engineers, and learn how we make technical decisions.

Contribute to improving our processes, documentation, and ways of working.

What You Need

3–5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or SRE roles, with meaningful AWS experience.

Working proficiency with Terraform.
