We help our clients strengthen their operational capabilities and build robust, inspection-ready quality systems across manufacturing environments.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Project Manager – Manufacturing Excellence</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Context</strong></p><p><strong> Our client's Manufacturing organization is looking for a Project Manager to diagnose production operations, embed new ways of working, and drive breakthrough improvements in production performance through new tools, processes, and behaviours.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your missions</strong></p><ul><li>Run fast-track diagnostics on specific areas (production performance, maintenance, cost management, mindset &amp; behaviours) to identify productivity opportunities and define breakthrough implementation plans.</li><li>Train employees on standardized production practices.</li><li>Support the local Manufacturing Excellence team in building organizational capability.</li><li>Work with functional experts to deploy and codify new tools, processes and behaviours into the standard Production System.</li><li>Promote a data-driven approach to performance management.</li><li>Conduct targeted audits of the Production System and issue continuous improvement recommendations.</li><li>Coach site leaders.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What it takes to succeed</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to lead local teams through dotted-line, cross-functional influence.</li><li>A balanced approach between building capability and delivering results.</li><li>Skill in building a shared sense of purpose around change.</li><li>Credibility as a trusted partner within manufacturing.</li><li>Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply, to support broad understanding and knowledge sharing.</li><li>A proactive drive for continuous improvement and cost-effective solutions.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Profile required</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field.</li><li>Several years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li><li>Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is an asset.</li><li>Prior exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence methodologies.</li><li>Experience coaching or training teams in an industrial environment.</li><li>Fluent in English; French is an asset.</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
