The company delivers advanced solutions that help leading grid operators and energy organisations transform complex operational data into actionable intelligence for critical decision-making.</p><p><br/></p><p>Their platform supports areas such as Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Performance Management (APM), Network Model Management (NMM), Outage Management (OMS), and advanced analytics, enabling customers to improve reliability, efficiency, and resilience across modern energy networks.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>The Role</u></strong></p><p>We are now looking for a Delivery / Software Implementation Consultant to support the successful deployment and integration of these solutions across major energy and utilities customers. This role sits at the intersection of software delivery, technical consulting, and customer engagement, working closely with some of the most complex grid environments in Europe.</p><p><br/></p><p>You will work directly with transmission and distribution system operators (TSOs/DSOs) and other critical infrastructure organisations, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and adoption of the platform within highly regulated and technically demanding environments.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Lead and support the implementation of software solutions within complex energy and utilities environments</li><li>Work closely with DSO/TSO stakeholders to understand technical and operational requirements</li><li>Configure, integrate, and deploy solutions into customer environments</li><li>Translate business and operational needs into technical implementation requirements</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve technical delivery challenges</li><li>Support data integration, system connectivity, and workflow configuration</li><li>Ensure successful adoption of solutions through structured delivery and customer engagement</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>Your Profile</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience working within energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure environments (DSO/TSO experience highly desirable)</li><li>Background in software implementation, technical consulting, or delivery roles</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise software systems and integration concepts</li><li>Comfortable working in complex, regulated, multi-stakeholder environments</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and operational stakeholders</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability</li><li>Collaborative and delivery-focused approach</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>Technical Experience (Desirable)</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience with enterprise software systems (EAM, APM, OMS, or similar platforms)</li><li>Understanding of APIs, system integration, and data flows</li><li>Familiarity with cloud environments and enterprise architecture concepts</li><li>Exposure to identity, access, or security concepts in enterprise systems is a plus</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>What’s on Offer</u></strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to work on critical infrastructure projects supporting the energy transition</li><li>Direct engagement with leading TSOs and DSOs across Europe</li><li>Exposure to complex, large-scale energy system implementations</li><li>International, collaborative environment with strong technical depth</li><li>Career development within a growing global organisation working at the cutting edge of energy software</li></ul><p></p> </div>
