We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, improving and creating long-term impact.<br/><br/><strong>Your role<br/><br/></strong>As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will guide customers through successful ERP implementations.<br/><br/>You understand industrial business processes and know how to translate operational needs into practical ERP solutions.<br/><br/>You will manage implementation projects from start to finish and work closely with customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle.<br/><br/>During your first 1 to 3 months, you will work alongside Dutch colleagues and customers to learn our systems, implementation methodology and product environment.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Lead ERP implementation projects for new customers</li><li> Analyse manufacturing and operational business processes</li><li> Lead customer workshops and gather requirements</li><li> Configure ERP solutions</li><li> Support testing, validation and data migration</li><li> Guide customers through go live phases</li><li> Train end users and customer teams</li><li> Work closely with teams in Germany and the Netherlands</li><li> Help expand our presence in the German market<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Strong ERP knowledge is required</li><li> Experience leading or supporting implementation projects</li><li> Strong understanding of industrial and manufacturing business processes are required</li><li> Experience within manufacturing environments are required</li><li> Comfortable working in a growing market where not everything is fully built yet</li><li> Willingness to travel to customer sites 2 to 3 days per week</li><li> Native German language skills are required</li><li> Professional English communication skills are required</li><li> You can live anywhere in Germany.
