From a secret boutique shopping Experience with a gemologist, to wine-tasting with an expert sommelier, LocalBini.com features authentic city Experiences that people can book based on their interests (eg. art, architecture, foodie, nightlife, history etc.).</span></p><p><span>Upon agreement, we are looking for a</span></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Head of B2C Growth (full time OR part-time)</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>This role is a match for a person who wants to own something rare: the full B2C launch of a platform that already works, and now needs to be discovered. LocalBini has strong technology, a curated supply of verified Local Hosts across 200+ European cities, and an established B2B2C business. What we don't yet have is a direct-to-consumer growth engine. That's what you'll build.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Own the full B2C go-to-market: strategy, channel mix, execution and iteration.</li><li>Build a scalable SEO and content engine; leveraging LLMs and AI workflows to produce high-quality, multilingual content at speed across 200+ city markets.</li><li>Convert existing B2B2C partner relationships (hotels, tour operators etc.) into direct booking funnels for LocalBini.</li><li>Set up and run paid acquisition (Google, Meta) while knowing when to scale and when to hold.</li><li>Define and own a B2C bookings target from Month 12 onwards.</li><li>Implement tracking, attribution and reporting so every channel decision is data-driven.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>YOUR QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>At least six six (6) years of growth or marketing experience, with a significant chapter in a travel, experience, or two-sided marketplace environment.</li><li>Proven track record of building an SEO content engine from scratch(not just overseeing one).</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools embedded in your daily workflow: content production, keyword research, competitive analysis, copy testing. This is non-negotiable.</li><li>Commercially minded: you've owned a revenue or bookings number, not just traffic metrics.</li><li>Comfortable running paid campaigns independently and briefing freelancers with precision.</li><li>Strong instinct for distribution -> you see partnership and referral opportunities others miss.</li><li>Experience hiring and directing small teams (in +12 months, you could get one or two team members).</li><li>Fluent in English. German, French, Italian or Spanish is a strong plus.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Airbnb Experiences is our primary competitive reference. If you have a clear view on why it's beatable - and how - we want to hear it.</p><p><br/></p><p>The position can be in the office in St. Gallen or remote, however meetings will take place once per month onsite in St. Gallen. Currently, the role is compensated 100% in stocks (no cash payout; instead full upside potential).
