Leveraging Al and automation tools, you will streamline workflows, testing, and reporting. Working closely with product, analytics, and commercial teams, you will play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and ensuring sustainable growth.Your Role with us<strong>Growth &amp; Acquisition Marketing</strong><ul><li>Lead <strong>app marketing</strong> initiatives, including <strong>ASO</strong> and lifecycle campaigns.</li><li>Drive <strong>B2B SaaS</strong> marketing campaigns and automated lead gen and nurturing workflows.</li><li>Own and optimize<strong> acquisition channels </strong>for B2B and B2C (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, App Stores, affiliates, influencer collaborations).</li><li>Build and test innovative (Al-powered) <strong>growth strategies</strong> (incl. growth hacks, referral loops, viral mechanics, and marketing flywheels).</li><li><strong>Partner</strong> with product marketing to align acquisition messaging with product positioning.</li><li>Translate user and market insights into <strong>effective campaigns</strong> that resonate with both individual users and business decision-makers.<br/></li></ul><strong>Performance, Analytics &amp; Automation</strong><ul><li>Continuously<strong> test creatives</strong>, targeting, and bidding strategies to <strong>maximize ROI</strong>. Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across channels, messaging, and landing pages.</li><li>Develop<strong> reporting dashboards</strong> and provide actionable insights on <strong>CPL/CPS, CAC, ROA</strong><strong>S</strong> and funnel performance.</li><li>Apply <strong>hands-on use of AI tools</strong> (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper) for ad copy, creative testing, and customer segmentation.</li><li><strong>Automate campaign workflows</strong> using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, Make, etc.) to scale efficiently.</li></ul>What you bring to the table<ul><li>3–5 years of hands-on experience in <strong>growth</strong> and <strong>performance marketing</strong>, ideally in digital health, lifestyle, or SaaS.</li><li>Proven track record <strong>managing budgets </strong>and scaling acquisition campaigns <strong>in both B2B and B2C</strong> contexts.</li><li>Working knowledge of <strong>SaaS &amp; app marketing</strong>, including ASO and mobile attribution tools.</li><li>Familiarity with growth marketing <strong>frameworks</strong> (e.g., growth loops, funnels, flywheels).</li><li>Working knowledge of <strong>web/app analytics, testing methodologies,</strong> and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Hands-on <strong>experience with AI tools </strong>to support creative production, testing, reporting, and workflow automation.</li><li><strong>Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).</strong></li><li><strong>Data-driven mindset,</strong> structured way of working, and high sense of ownership.<br/></li></ul><strong>Nice-to-Have</strong><ul><li>Familiarity with healthtech, pharma, or lifestyle industries.</li><li>Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and webhook logic.</li><li>Familiarity with sales enablement and SDR tooling.</li></ul>What we bring to the tableWe use data for the better.
