In this role, you’ll support the setup, testing, and optimization of campaigns across platforms like Taboola and Outbrain, while learning how performance marketing drives real business impact.<br/><br/>This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow fast, take ownership early, and work closely with experienced colleagues across creative, content, product, and tech.<br/><br/><strong>What You’ll Do<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Support the setup, management, and optimization of native advertising campaigns across platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, and other discovery channels</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, spot trends, and identify opportunities to improve results, support reporting for internal stakeholders</li><li>Help test creatives, headlines, messaging angles, audience strategies, and landing pages</li><li>Analyze key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality</li><li>Research competitors, publishers, and market trends to bring new ideas to the table</li><li>Share ideas, ask questions, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement<br/><br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or a related area</li><li>Internship or working student experience in online marketing is also welcome</li><li>First exposure to Taboola, Outbrain, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar paid media platforms is a plus</li><li>Interest in data, reporting, and understanding what drives campaign performance</li><li>Familiarity with tools like GA4, Piwik, Excel, Looker, or Power BI is a plus, but not a must</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several topics at once</li><li>Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude<br/><br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What We Value<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Curiosity and a real appetite to learn</li><li>A growth mindset and openness to feedback</li><li>A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership</li><li>People who enjoy testing, learning, and improving</li><li>Team players who like working in an international and fast-moving environment<br/><br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br/><br/></strong>As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
