With one subscription, our members discover concerts, theatre, stand-up, sports, film and more - every week, all across Berlin, Hamburg, Köln and more cities coming soon.</p><p><br/></p><p>As our <strong>Creative Growth Marketing Manager</strong>, you'll help grow Abundo in Germany through content, creativity and experimentation. From creating social content and running UGC campaigns to working with creators and testing new growth ideas, you'll play a key role in building a brand that people genuinely want to be part of.</p><p><br/></p><p>What you'll do:</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Create engaging content for social media (mainly Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).</li><li>Develop and test UGC, creator and influencer campaigns.</li><li>Plan and optimize Meta campaigns together with the marketing team.</li><li>Create ad creatives, videos and marketing assets using Canva and other creative tools.</li><li>Support CRM and retention initiatives through newsletters, campaigns and community engagement.</li><li>Experiment with new channels, formats and growth ideas.</li><li>Work closely with our CMO/Head of Marketing to grow the German market.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>We think you are:</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>A hands-on marketer who enjoys creating as much as strategizing.</li><li>Experienced in content, social media, creator marketing or growth marketing.</li><li>Comfortable creating videos, graphics and ad creatives yourself.</li><li>Curious, proactive and excited to test new ideas.</li><li>Passionate about culture, live events and building communities.</li><li>Fluency in German is a must and confident working in English.</li><li>Based in Germany (ideally Berlin).</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Why Abundo?</p><ul><li>You’ll join a small, passionate team with a fun product, big ambitions and a chance to make cultural life more vibrant for thousands of people.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p> </div>
