Through events like PlatformCon, which brings together over 35,000+ participants every year, we connect thousands of professionals, share best practices, and help shape the future of how teams build and scale internal developer platforms.<br/><br/>We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale our paid marketing engine and drive measurable growth across multiple channels. You’ll own our ad campaigns on Google, Meta &amp; Linkedin, experiment with new growth levers, and help us optimize the full funnel, from ad click to conversion.<br/><br/><strong>What You’ll Be Doing<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Search , Meta Ads and Linkedin Ads</li><li>Analyzing performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and making data-driven optimization decisions. </li><li>Collaborating with design and content teams to create ad creatives and landing pages that convert. </li><li>Running experiments to improve website conversion rates and lead quality. </li><li>Helping test new organic channels (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram) to expand our growth footprint. </li><li>Staying ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our growth engine sharp. </li><li>Owning day-to-day social media across our Platform Engineering brands by building systems to automate scheduling, defining a clear social strategy</li><li>Tracking social performance and continuously iterating on formats, hooks, and posting cadence to improve reach and engagement over time. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. </li><li>Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. </li><li>Strong interest in AI and automation, ideally with hands-on experience using AI tools and workflow platforms. </li><li>A data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and acting fast. </li><li>Some experience managing social media calendars and understanding content performance metrics. </li><li>Curious, experimental, and proactive. You like testing new formats, learning fast, and iterating often. </li><li>Excellent written and spoken English.
