Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are looking for a <strong>Global Project Coordinator (m/f/d) </strong>to join our team in Munich.</p><p><br/></p><p>The Global Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving Product Management (PM) projects through timely, successful delivery. This role serves as a central point of coordination within the PM function, ensuring visibility, execution discipline, and consistency across brands. The role also supports operational efficiency through standardized workflows, SOP development, and appropriate AI and automation enablement. </p><p>In addition, you will provide organizational and administrative support to the Director of Product Management &amp; Compliance Europe.<strong> </strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll do </strong></p><p><strong>Project Coordination &amp; Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate Product Management initiatives by tracking timelines, consolidating updates, and following up on action items. </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional projects, meetings, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions. </li><li>Support product development projects, product launches, and ongoing product lifecycle activities. </li><li>Track project progress, identify potential delays or open topics, and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders. </li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Communication &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare clear project summaries, timelines, and status updates for Product Management leadership and key stakeholders. </li><li>Ensure key decisions and project updates are accurately reflected in tracking tools and documentation. </li><li>Facilitate effective communication and information flow between Product Management, internal departments, international teams, and external partners. </li></ul><p><strong>Operational Support &amp; Process Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Organize meetings, business travel, and selected administrative activities for the Director of Product Management &amp; Compliance. </li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes, and enhance operational efficiency within the Product Management function.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll bring </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. </li><li>Professional experience in a coordination, project support, administrative, or product management-related role, ideally within an international or technical environment.</li><li>Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills, combined with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Confident working with cross-functional and international teams.</li><li>Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, Project Management tools are a plus.</li><li>Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.</li><li>A structured, reliable, and hands-on working style with a high level of attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive topics forward.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You’ll Get: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Dynamic Global Environment:</strong> Gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing international company, with exposure to global best practices.</li><li><strong>Diverse &amp; Supportive Team:</strong> Collaborate with a talented, multicultural team and learn from a wide range of professional backgrounds.</li><li><strong>Professional Development:</strong> Grow your skills and career with the fast expanding company.</li><li><strong>Empowered Culture:</strong> Enjoy flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes, and the opportunity to make a real impact with your ideas.</li></ul><p></p> </div>
