At the same time, we know that deep engineering skills remain critical.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Job Description: </strong></p><ul><li>Independently lead and drive end-to-end development of modern, robust, and scalable web applications from requirements to production.</li><li>Take ownership of architectural decisions and proactively identify technical improvements, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Drive the communication between our IT Operations, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product Management teams translating technical complexity into clear, actionable specifications.</li><li>Mentor and support junior team members and actively contribute to improving team processes and engineering standards.</li><li>Participate in the agile software development lifecycle, from specification and design over development and delivery to maintenance.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you bring along:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL; hands-on experience with NestJS (backend) and Angular (frontend) is a strong plus.</li><li>Solid understanding of API architectural styles (REST, GraphQL), communication protocols, and encoding.</li><li>DevOps: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Dynatrace, and CI/CD pipelines as part of modern DevOps workflows would be beneficial.</li><li>AI Tooling: Familiarity with modern AI concepts and tools including AI Agents, Skills, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) and a practical mindset for integrating them into development workflows to boost productivity and product quality.</li><li>Automated Testing: Experience with automated testing strategies across the stack unit tests (Jest, Vitest), end-to-end tests (Playwright, Cypress), and integration tests with an understanding of when and how to apply each effectively.</li><li>A collaborative mindset: you give and receive feedback constructively and actively contribute to a healthy team culture.</li><li>Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
