You'll help shape how our product looks and behaves for corporate finance teams who use it every day — taking features from idea to production with the <strong>motivation and ownership</strong> of a founder. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional experience. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><strong>Challenge the 'why'</strong> behind a feature. You think about the edge cases of an M&A workflow and how a user will actually interact with data-heavy dashboards.</li><li>Design and build high-performance features in <strong>React / Next.js</strong>.</li><li>Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define <strong>clean, efficient APIs and data flows</strong>.</li><li>Shape frontend <strong>architecture</strong> and contribute to key product decisions.</li><li><strong>Collaborate</strong> with clients and internal teams to build <strong>the best UX</strong>.</li><li>Bring an <strong>eye for design and usability</strong>: you know what “good UI” feels like and how to get there.</li><li>Maintain a clear overview of our systems, addressing technical debt while ensuring <strong>performance, accessibility, and long-term scalability</strong>.</li><li>Take <strong>ownership</strong> from concept to deployment, continuously improving our stack.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>🔷 Qualifications</strong> - to be successful in this role, you will need:</p><p><strong>Must-haves</strong></p><ul><li>We expect the <strong>motivation and ownership</strong> of a founder. You own problems end-to-end and care more about the user outcome than your ticket description.</li><li><strong>2+ years</strong> of professional experience with proven track-record designing & developing scalable and reliable software.</li><li><strong>Technical fluency, </strong>including TS / React / Next.js and TailwindCSS. You understand what’s happening "under the hood" of your framework and state management (Zustand/React Query).</li><li>Experience handling <strong>complex, data-heavy</strong> frontends. You know how to keep a UI responsive when dealing with large datasets or complex filtered views.</li><li>You use <strong>AI/LLM tools</strong> to move faster, but you have the technical depth to audit their output and maintain high code quality.
