In this role, you will build and scale end-to-end AI applications, integrate automated workflows, and design intuitive front-end interfaces.</p><br/><p>The ideal candidate is a technical "problem-solver" who thrives in client-facing environments. You won't just be taking tickets; you will diagnose architectural bottlenecks, propose AI-driven optimizations, and communicate directly with stakeholders to turn complex requirements into functional code.</p><br/><p><strong>Key Technical Responsibilities:</strong></p><br/><p>AI &amp; Backend Integration: Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python to handle AI model integration, data processing, and API development.</p><br/><p>Frontend Excellence: Architect and develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Angular JS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).</p><br/><p>Workflow Automation: Leverage Google AppScript to build custom integrations, automate internal processes, and connect G-Suite tools with our core AI engine.</p><br/><p>Full Stack Ownership: Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from initial schema design to deployment and post-launch optimization.</p><br/><p>Issue Resolution: Deep-dive into complex technical debt and production bugs, providing root-cause analysis and long-term structural fixes rather than "band-aid" solutions.</p><br/>Requirements<br/><p><strong>Technical Requirements</strong></p><br/><p>Python Proficiency: 5+ years of experience with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI), specifically for data-heavy or AI-integrated applications.</p><br/><p>Strong exp with cloud infrastructure (GCP).</p><br/><p>JavaScript &amp; Frameworks: Strong mastery of Vanilla JavaScript and hands-on experience with Angular JS (and familiarity with the migration path to modern Angular).</p><br/><p>AppScript Expertise: Proven experience using Google AppScript for enterprise automation or custom add-ons.</p><br/><p>API Design: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.</p><br/><p>Experience in end to end agentic workflows</p><br/><p>Non-Technical &amp; Behavioral Competencies</p><br/><p>Proactive Communication: You don't wait for instructions when a system is down. You identify risks early and communicate them clearly to the team.</p><br/><p>Client-Facing Ability: Comfortable leading technical discussions with clients, explaining "the why" behind technical decisions, and managing expectations.</p><br/><p>Independent Problem Solving: Ability to take a vague client "pain point" and translate it into a technical roadmap without constant supervision.</p><br/><p>Analytical Depth: A "first-principles" thinker who can debug not just the code, but the logic and architecture behind it.</p><br/><p>Strong experience in using Gen AI technologies: Gemini, co-pilot, claude AI to augment their engineering skills</p><br/><p>Should be able to work in a fast paced environment and tackle the uncertainities</p><br/><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><br/><p>Experience with AI/ML orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).</p><br/><p>Prior Google experience is a significant advantage.</p><br/><p>Hands on experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline is an advantage</p> </div>
