German fluency is essential for this role, as the work will involve DACH campaigns and regular communication with German-speaking creators, talent agents and stakeholders.</p><p><br/></p><p>This freelance role is best suited to someone with 5+ years’ hands-on experience managing influencer / creator campaigns across multiple markets, ideally for established or global brands and with experience managing large-scale or six-figure campaign budgets.</p><p><br/></p><p>You’ll need to be confident managing both clients and creators. This includes campaign planning, creator sourcing, outreach, briefing, approvals, timelines, reporting and issue management.</p><p><br/></p><p>What you’ll be doing</p><p>Managing day-to-day client communication, timelines and status updates</p><p>Leading creator sourcing, outreach, coordination and approvals across EMEA markets</p><p>Managing campaign workflows from planning through to delivery</p><p>Overseeing briefing, content reviews and approval processes</p><p>Tracking KPIs and coordinating campaign reporting</p><p>Managing creators, agents and talent partners across multiple markets</p><p>Coordinating with internal team members and external partners</p><p>Flagging and resolving issues quickly and professionally</p><p><br/></p><p>What we’re looking for</p><p>5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or creator campaign management</p><p>Strong multi-market influencer marketing experience, ideally across EMEA</p><p>Experience managing creator campaigns for established or international brands</p><p>Experience managing large-scale or six-figure campaign budgets</p><p>Confident managing creators across multiple tiers, from micro creators to macro talent and talent-led partnerships</p><p>Strong client management skills</p><p>Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication</p><p>Calm, proactive and solutions-focused under pressure</p><p>Experience with campaign reporting, KPIs and performance tracking</p><p>DACH market experience</p><p>Fluent German language skills</p><p><br/></p><p>Important note</p><p>This role is best suited to someone with direct, hands-on creator campaign delivery experience.
