Berlin, on-site.<br/><br/></strong>A well-funded agritech company is the #1 primary data collection platform for dairy in DACH, AI-enabled at the core, and driving the AI transformation across the food and agri world. They raised &gt;€10M in their first two years, signed some of the largest F&amp;B players in Europe, and are now opening up a new product line at the intersection of farmers and dairy processors.<br/><br/>This is a genuinely greenfield role. No inherited backlog. You define what gets built, why, and for whom — then prove it works with pilot customers before scaling.<br/><br/><strong>What You’ll Own<br/><br/></strong>→ Run deep discovery — weeks on-site with farmers, milk procurement teams, and dairy executives<br/><br/>→ Define new workflows with customers — shape how dairy companies will work in the future, with AI at the core<br/><br/>→ Build prototypes and run pilots — get something in front of 2–3 design partners within weeks<br/><br/>→ Define the v1 spec with engineering and design once there’s conviction<br/><br/>→ Onboard first paying customers and iterate fast<br/><br/>→ Decide what NOT to build — scope discipline is critical<br/><br/><strong>What We’re Looking For<br/><br/></strong>→ 5–7 years of B2B SaaS product management experience, ideally including early-stage startup before PMF<br/><br/>→ Built a product line or major module from 0 to 1 — not just iterated on an existing one<br/><br/>→ You love discovery — customer interviews, field research, prototyping, and pilots are your favourite part of the job<br/><br/>→ AI-fluent — modern AI tools are part of your daily craft<br/><br/>→ Fluent in German and English — non-negotiable<br/><br/>→ Based in Berlin, 5 days a week<br/><br/><strong>Bonus:</strong> interest or background in food, agriculture, or sustainability<br/><br/><strong>What is TechTree?<br/><br/></strong>TechTree combines AI agents with a human support team to give candidates a better, more transparent hiring experience.<br/><br/><strong>Our AI Agent</strong> gets to know your background, experience, and what you’re optimising for.
