We build cutting-edge AI solutions for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) for enterprises around the world.</p><br/><p>Our customers are auditors, risk managers, and compliance teams, which means evaluation rigor, auditability, and EU AI Act readiness aren't afterthoughts for us. They're product requirements.</p><br/>Tasks<br/><p>As our first Product Manager, you'll own product end-to-end and work directly alongside the founding team. You will:</p><br/><ul><br/><li><strong>Own product discovery and be accountable for outcomes</strong> — we hand you problems and constraints, not solutions. You're measured on the value you create for customers and the business, not on features shipped.</li><br/><li><strong>Own the roadmap and prioritization</strong> — driven by customer evidence and company strategy, not by whoever shouts loudest. We do not want a sales-driven roadmap, and neither will you.</li><br/><li><strong>Drive customer discovery yourself</strong> — you'll be in front of auditors, risk managers, and compliance teams regularly. We have strong customer relationships and access is provided, but you make it happen; nobody hands it to you.</li><br/><li><strong>Build the product operating model from scratch</strong> — discovery cadence, how we decide what to build, how product, design, and engineering work as one team. You're our first PM; you set the standard.</li><br/><li><strong>Work as one team with design and engineering</strong> — addressing value, usability, and feasibility together, not throwing requirements over a wall.</li><br/><li><strong>Partner with our CEO on go-to-market and pricing</strong> — you bring the product and customer evidence; he owns the commercial side. You'll collaborate closely.</li><br/><li><strong>Become a GRC expert, fast</strong> — controls, RACM, audit evidence, the regulatory frameworks.
