Clinicians spend hours every day on notes, forms, and documentation instead of with patients, and we're working to change that. We're an early-stage team, and we're looking for someone to help shape what we build next.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>You'd be one of the first engineers on the team, owning product areas from the first sketch to what ships to clinicians. There's room here to help build the core product, weigh in on architecture, and shape how we work as we grow.</p><p>We're early enough that a lot of the process doesn't exist yet, so you'd have a real say in what we adopt and how we build. It's a good fit if you enjoy that kind of open, early-stage environment and like seeing your work reach users quickly.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Own product areas end to end and see them through</li><li>Ship and iterate on real feedback from clinicians</li><li>Help make the technical decisions that shape the product</li><li>Work closely with the founders, with little in the way of layers or bureaucracy</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>You've shipped real products, not just prototypes</li><li>You've spent time at a startup or know what early-stage work is like</li><li>You're comfortable with TypeScript and across the stack. We build on Next.js and NestJS</li><li>You value simplicity and are happy working without much process</li><li>You're open with feedback, both giving and receiving it</li><li>Nice to have: experience with AI products, infrastructure (we use Terragrunt), or healthcare</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>How we work</strong></p><ul><li>Ownership. You have real say over your area of the product.</li><li>Open feedback. We're direct with each other, and it helps us move.</li><li>Light on process. Not much exists yet, and you'd help shape what we adopt.</li><li>Async by default. We meet when it genuinely helps.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>The details</strong></p><p>We're based in Vienna, with an office in the 8th, and we work hybrid. The salary range for this role is € 70,000 – € 80,000 gross per year, with equity possible for the right person.
