The result: bloated backlogs, redundant software, uncontrolled IT spend and an IT organization that is perpetually reactive instead of strategic.

Stackgini changes this fundamentally. Our system understands your enterprise application landscape bottom-up - from individual demands to full portfolio interdependencies - and can reason about them the way the best human experts do, but at machine scale. We're building toward a future where enterprise IT is self-governing and self-optimizing: no longer a bottleneck, but the engine of innovation.

We already work with leading organization like Siemens Healthineers, REWE, Grünenthal and many more. We are a team of ~10, building what we believe will be the defining platform for a new era of Enterprise IT. We are growing fast, and the people joining now are the ones who set the standard - for the product, the culture, and the category itself. Stackgini will be the place where you will do the most meaningful work of your career.

Tasks

As we scale, we’re building a world‑class product guiding customers through the complex journey of enterprise IT and we are looking for a Founding Product Designer & Researcher to take the next level.

Design & Product

Own the entire product design process - discovery, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, final UI and EPIC definition for Engineering teams.

Design AI-native interfaces: Guided workflows, generated content surfaces, AI output verification and structured data views that make complexity navigable.
