Team of &lt;10, all high agency.</p><p><br/></p><p>You'll build the reasoning engine that turns raw signals into clinical recommendations. And you'll lay the foundation for a conversational medical agent underneath it all.</p><p><br/></p><p>Stack: Python, PyTorch, git. Statistical + ML depth. Signal processing on multimodal inputs.</p><p><br/></p><p>4+ years industry, or 1+ years and a PhD. Regulated industry (healthcare, banking) preferred.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is for builders, so you've deployed ML in production, not just prototyped in a notebook.</p><p><br/></p><p>Suitable for post-PhDs coming out of psychometrics, mobile sensing, biomedical signal processing, or Bayesian healthcare labs.</p><p><br/></p><p>Do not apply if you want work life balance, want to finish at 5pm daily or don't want to work with insanely passionate people.</p><p><br/></p><p>€90k–€140k base + SERIOUS equity.
