Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
What You’ll Do

- Collaborate directly with the co-founders and senior team on new products and services.

- Working hands on to gather informations from the customers and our market.

- Build dashboards and analyzeperformance data and product usageto uncover trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.

- Help improve cross-team alignment - e.g. by creating playbooks, or coordinating knowledge-sharing between departments.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Studying at a top university with strong entrepreneurial focus.

- Be hands on.

- Fluent in English, with C2 level in German.

- Experience in a startup environment.

- Curiosity about how tech, operations, and business strategy come together in high-growth companies.

- Structured thinker who’s not afraid to get into the details, run the numbers, and execute fast.

- Eager to invest time beyond standard hours.

- Available for a 4-6 month internship in our Berlin office.
