With our platform HEART, companies spin up their own AI assistants right inside Microsoft Teams, Outlook etc. — plugged into their real data (SharePoint, SQL, documents) and automating business processes through 35+ pluggable tools. Genuine LLM and agent engineering is at our core — not a thin wrapper around a chat box — and our agents are already in daily use at companies across the DACH region. In July 2026, aicx joined forces with Ubitec, the Linz-based specialist for sovereign AI platforms whose technology runs in highly regulated environments up to Germany's federal administration. Together, we are building one of the most capable sovereign AI offerings in the German-speaking market: secure, sovereign infrastructure combined with enterprise-ready AI agents — covering customers from federal government to internationally operating industrial companies across DACH and the Nordics. We are now in the middle of bringing these two companies together — integrating teams, products, and go-to-market as one unit. Your Role As Founder's Associate Intern, you work directly with our C-level team. You take ownership of time-critical and strategic projects and play an active role in our post-merger integration (PMI). This is not a coffee-fetching internship — you'll be in the room where decisions are made, and you'll be expected to contribute. Your Responsibilities - Support the C-level directly on time-critical and strategic projects — from analysis to decision-ready deliverables - Drive workstreams within our post-merger integration: planning, coordination, tracking, and stakeholder communication - Prepare briefings, business cases, presentations, and analyses for leadership, investors, and partners - Own the follow-up: track action items across integration workstreams and keep projects moving - Conduct market, competitor, and client research to sharpen our strategic positioning - Get involved in day-to-day operations of a fast-growing AI company — wherever leverage is highest Your Profile - Outstanding academic record: you study Business, Management, Economics, or a related field at a leading university or business school (e.g. WHU, HSG, Mannheim, LMU/TUM, Frankfurt School, ESADE, Bocconi, or comparable) - First relevant internship experience in top-tier management consulting, M&A / transaction advisory, private equity, or a comparable high-performance environment - AI-ready: you actively work with AI tools (e.g. LLMs, agent workflows, AI-assisted analysis) and use them to deliver faster and better — not just talk about them - Structured, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity — you figure things out and get them done - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; fully confident in PowerPoint and Excel at consulting standard - Excellent communication skills in English; German is a strong plus - Available immediately; longer availability (4–6 months) preferred What We Offer - Direct exposure to C-level decision-making, PE-backed growth, and post-merger integration — experience most interns never get - Real ownership from day one: your work lands on the desks of founders, investors, and partners - Steep learning curve at the intersection of AI, strategy, and B2B transformation - Flexible setup: work remotely and from our Munich office - Attractive compensation (by agreement) - A senior founding team that mentors you How to Apply Send us your CV and a few lines on why this role fits you (no cover letter essays needed) to info@aicx.de .
