Our clients are complex businesses that want speed without more tool sprawl.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>You will be embedded with client teams, in their offices, in their systems, rebuilding the parts that are broken.</p><p>That means translating business requirements into working software. Rebuilding critical workflows and data pipelines. Integrating back-end services into an operating layer that runs without babysitting. You will sit with product and operations stakeholders, map the legacy stack, and decide what gets refactored and what gets replaced.</p><p>Day to day you are coding, debugging, testing, documenting, monitoring deployments, and shipping the next iteration based on what the users and the metrics tell you.</p><p>This is not a role where you get handed a spec. You own the problem from the first client conversation to production.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p><ul><li>You have built and shipped production systems that other people depend on, and you can point to them.</li><li>You are strong on back-end work: APIs, databases, distributed services, and the failure modes that come with them.</li><li>You have taken over someone else's legacy system and made it work, without a full rewrite.</li><li>You can sit in a room with a non-technical operator, understand what they actually need, and leave with a plan.</li><li>You are comfortable with data structures, algorithms, and system design, and you know when the elegant answer is the wrong one.</li><li>You move fast, ship in small increments, and take ownership end to end.</li><li>Cloud platforms, automation, and data-intensive or AI systems are a plus.</li><li>Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent built in practice. We care about what you have shipped.</li><li>German and English. Client work happens in both.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>From €65.800 gross per year on a full-time basis (€4.700 per month, 14 payments). This is a minimum and above the applicable collective agreement.
