Someone who knows what stops consumers at shelf, captures attention and drives sales.</p><br/><p>Someone who takes ownership. Not only conceptually, but all the way through to finished products in the market.</p><br/>Aufgaben<br/><p><strong>You own everything that moves our brands visually and creatively forward with a clear focus on FMCG performance in the market.</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Develop and execute creative concepts across all brands with a focus on visibility, recognition and impact</li><br/><li>Build, sharpen and continuously evolve strong brand worlds with a consistent visual identity</li><br/><li>Challenge existing approaches and actively improve things instead of simply maintaining them</li><br/><li>Design packaging with clear FMCG logic: attention-grabbing, brand-right and built to convert at shelf</li><br/><li>Develop web, social and marketing assets focused on performance, not aesthetics alone</li><br/><li>Turn ideas into reality quickly, pragmatically and efficiently without getting stuck in endless feedback loops</li><br/><li>Actively leverage AI and modern tools to improve workflows, speed and creative output</li><br/><li>Lead projects independently from idea to finished product in market</li><br/><li>Manage freelancers and external partners with a high quality standard</li><br/><li>Work closely with the Head of Brands and the broader team</li><br/><li>Think beyond design with a holistic perspective from products and communication to the physical environment</li><br/></ul><br/><p><strong>Turn design into products that sell.
