Our team is focusing on program and project management to orchestrate all activities across the relevant domains, projects and regions. We are defining the framework, steering the activities and bringing discussions to fast decisions.<br/><br/>In this context, as a Project Manager, you are taking over the accountability to deliver the defined scope of your projects in time, cost and quality. With your strong project management skills, you connect business and IT, create transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure successful go-live and sustainable adoption of our new digital core, following a standard first approach.<br/><br/><strong>What you can expect:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Lead cross-functional projects and ensure that key milestones and go-lives are delivered on schedule, within the agreed budget and at the required quality level – supported by a consistent and forward-looking risk management approach.</li><li>Drive stakeholder and change management, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and leveraging your strong communication, facilitation and coordination skills to align all parties.</li><li>Ensure project management and methodological excellence by defining and tracking clear timelines, priorities, milestones, responsibilities, reporting structures as well as risk and issue management. You own and further develop the governance of project methods, tools and procedures.</li><li>Create KPI-driven transparency that enables effective steering and fact-based decision-making at all management levels, including clear escalation paths to secure high efficiency and fast execution.</li><li>Own the overall project plan from both a business and technology perspective, including interdependencies with other initiatives. You ensure a consistent approach across all phases – from concept and solution design through implementation, testing, cut-over and hypercare – securing a stable and successful go-live.</li><li>Build and develop a high-performing, collaborative team that supports each other and works towards shared objectives. You use your social, interpersonal and empathetic skills to foster trust, collaboration and a positive team culture.<br/><br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Your profile:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Systems or a comparable field of study.</li><li>At least 4+ years of proven experience in project management, ideally with strong hands-on exposure to ERP-related projects characterized by high process and technological complexity.</li><li>Strong project management capabilities with a highly structured, results-oriented and execution-focused way of working.</li><li>Solid understanding of IT technology in the SAP ecosystem, including interface and integration management.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills and a confident presence when interacting with different leadership levels. Demonstrated experience in leading, inspiring and guiding project teams.</li><li>Outstanding facilitation, communication and change management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations and reconcile divergent interests in a constructive way.</li><li>A personality marked by ownership and decisiveness, combined with high motivation, reliability and authenticity.
