We are now expanding our strategic activities into high-profile EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, DIGITAL, CEF, Erasmus+, EIC, etc.) to accelerate innovation, strengthen partnerships, and bring impactful technological solutions to European ecosystems.</p><p>We are looking for a dynamic, proactive EU Projects &amp; Innovation Manager to join our core team and help position LiNK as a leading digital innovation partner in European consortia.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Important: This is a commission-only role with no base salary. Compensation is 10–12% commission on the value of each project secured.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong> Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Support the development of new EU-funded project proposals in collaboration with international partners.</li><li>Participate in strategic networking, consortium building, and partner outreach.</li><li>Coordinate and monitor technical, administrative, and financial aspects of EU project activities.</li><li>Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of project milestones, KPIs, reports, and deliverables.</li><li>Represent LiNK in consortia meetings, workshops, conferences, and stakeholder events.</li><li>Track EU funding opportunities aligned with LiNK’s technology roadmap (AI, digital transformation, data governance, XR/VR, sustainability tech, etc.).</li><li>Contribute to LiNK’s business development strategy, identifying opportunities for growth through EU innovation frameworks.</li><li>Prepare documentation, communication materials, and dissemination outputs.</li><li>Facilitate internal alignment between LiNK’s product teams and EU-funded R&amp;D activities.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong> Required Qualifications</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English.
