This role focuses on building the final data deliveries, primarily file-based outputs, that are provided to downstream applications.</p><p>We are looking for a strong database, ETL, migration, and integration engineer. Experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud, also known as IDMC, is highly valuable, but it is not the only focus. Strong ETL, database, migration, and integration skills are more important than being</p><p>purely an IDMC specialist.</p><p>This is also a client-facing role. You will work directly with downstream application teams to understand their challenges, clarify requirements, and support them through the delivery process.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Key responsibilities</p><p><br/></p><p>Design, build, and maintain ETL processes and data delivery pipelines for downstream applications.</p><p>Create final data deliveries, primarily files, to be consumed by internal application teams.</p><p>Work with databases, source data, transformation logic, and target delivery formats.</p><p>Query databases, analyze source data, and optimize SQL or ETL logic where needed.</p><p>Support data migration and integration activities within the ROC Core program.</p><p>Work with internal application clients to understand data requirements, issues, and delivery expectations.</p><p>Translate business and technical requirements into practical ETL and data delivery solutions.</p><p>Investigate data quality issues, mapping questions, transformation logic, and delivery problems.</p><p>Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, project managers, and upstream data providers.</p><p>Contribute to documentation, data mappings, delivery specifications, and operational handover materials.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Required experience</p><p><br/></p><p>Strong experience as a Data Engineer, ETL Engineer, Integration Engineer, Migration Engineer, or similar role.</p><p>Broad hands-on experience with ETL concepts, tools, and delivery patterns.</p><p>Strong database experience, including SQL querying, analysis, and optimization.</p><p>Experience working with data migrations, system integrations, or large-scale data transformation initiatives.</p><p>Ability to understand data structures, mappings, dependencies, and transformation logic.</p><p>Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with internal application stakeholders.</p><p>Able to investigate problems independently and drive practical solutions.</p><p>Comfortable working in a delivery-focused, high-stakes program environment.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Nice to have</p><p><br/></p><p>Experience with IDMC (Informatica, Intelligent Data Management Cloud).</p><p>Python experience, especially as a scripting or integration “glue” language.</p><p>Data modeling or data design experience.</p><p>Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments.</p><p>Experience with file-based data delivery patterns.</p><p>Familiarity with Kafka-based or event-driven data architectures.</p><p></p> </div>
