So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.</em></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>About The Job</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>As our e-Commerce/ e-business Manager for the Northern Europe region, you will own and drive the eBusiness marketing strategy to accelerate the adoption, usage and commercial success of our digital ecosystem. This includes the Customer &amp; Partner Portal, Partner Web‑Shops, EDI solutions and the digital Product Catalogue.</p><p><br/></p><p>You will work at the crossroads of digital marketing, strategy, and business development, driving growth together with Sales, Marketing, Global Sales and Service teams and regional management.</p><p>Your mission is to increase traffic, activation, online buying customers and overall eBusiness performance, while continuously enhancing customer experience.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>In This Role, You Will</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement the region eBusiness marketing strategy, aligned with global priorities and key stakeholders.</li><li>Promote our eCommerce offering to customers and partners, driving engagement, activation and usage.</li><li>Execute targeted digital marketing activities supporting lead generation, online sales and customer onboarding.</li><li>Co‑create relevant content with other internal Marketing focus areas and Global Sales and Service Marketing.</li><li>Support personalized cross‑selling and upselling initiatives.</li><li>Monitor, analyse and report eBusiness performance, recommending actions for continuous improvement.</li><li>Enhance the end‑to‑end customer journey by gathering insights and driving platform and process improvements.</li><li>Maintain and optimize the digital product catalogue, including updates and localization.</li><li>Support the execution of the Global Sales and Service Online Sales roadmap at a regional cluster level.</li><li>Train and enable internal teams and external users.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GDPR and digital governance best practices.</li><li>Manage allocated budgets and report on ROI for eBusiness initiatives.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>This role requires high autonomy, strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams and the ability to influence without direct reporting lines.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You Know</strong></p><ul><li>University degree in marketing, business, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, preferably in a B2B environment.</li><li>High level of expertise with CMS, CRM, marketing automation, SEO/SEA, analytics, eCommerce platforms, EDI and Customer Portal tools.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action.</li><li>Ability to work cross‑functionally, influence without direct authority, and drive initiatives in complex environments.</li><li>Experience collaborating with international teams and multiple stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Digital).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; German as an advantage.</li><li>Willingness to travel within the region on a quarterly basis, mainly between Germany, Nordics, UK and the Netherlands.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for someone to be based in our German office in Hamburg.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>An open, employee-oriented company culture built on trust, appreciation, and collaboration</li><li>A company mission driven by sustainability</li><li>The option for partial remote work</li><li>Subsidy for public transport tickets</li><li>Free access to gyms, sports classes, and swimming pools across Germany via Urban Sports Club</li><li>Attractive bike leasing offers through JobRad</li><li>The option to rent company holiday apartments for vacations on the Baltic Sea</li><li>External employee counseling through the Fürstenberg Institute – for both professional and personal matters</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Sounds interesting?
