They combine strong industry knowledge with modern Microsoft technologies and have built a reputation for delivering high-quality customer projects within a collaborative and supportive environment.</p><p><br/></p><p>As part of continued growth within their Microsoft Business Applications team, they are looking to hire a D365 CE Consultant / Developer who enjoys working closely with customers, solving business challenges and delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions. The role offers a high level of flexibility, a remote-first working model and the opportunity to work on long-term customer projects.</p><p><br/></p><p>Your Responsibilities</p><p><br/></p><p>• Design, configure and develop solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement</p><p>• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions</p><p>• Deliver projects across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights and Field Service</p><p>• Customise and extend Dynamics 365 using both low-code and pro-code approaches</p><p>• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and wider business systems</p><p>• Support workshops, solution design sessions and customer consulting activities</p><p>• Contribute to technical architecture discussions and best practice development</p><p>• Support ongoing optimisation and continuous improvement of existing solutions</p><p><br/></p><p>Your Profile</p><p><br/></p><p>• Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE</p><p>• Experience within Sales, Customer Service and/or Field Service</p><p>• Hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies</p><p>• Pro-code development experience is highly desirable</p><p>• Experience with plugins, customisations, APIs, integrations or C# development would be beneficial</p><p>• Previous consulting experience is advantageous but not essential</p><p>• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</p><p>• Fluent German and English language skills</p><p>• Based in Germany and open to occasional customer travel</p><p><br/></p><p>What's on Offer</p><p><br/></p><p>• 100% remote working model</p><p>• Opportunity to work on complex Microsoft technology projects</p><p>• Strong focus on knowledge sharing and professional development</p><p>• Modern and collaborative working environment</p><p>• Long-term career progression opportunities</p><p>• Competitive salary and benefits package based on experience</p> </div>
