We look forward to meeting you.</p><p><br/></p><p>The Opportunity</p><p>We are launching a high-impact, group-wide Value Creation Program – R&amp;Sult – and are looking for a Strategic Program Director to lead it end-to-end. This role sits at the heart of our company’s evolution, driving operational and commercial excellence, accelerating innovation, and strengthening performance across our global footprint.</p><p><br/></p><p>R&amp;Sult is a structured, Board-endorsed program built around a set of clearly defined strategic workstreams, designed to deliver impact on top-line growth and EBITDA, while building sustainable capabilities across all business units and factories.</p><p><br/></p><p>You will take full ownership of this cross-functional program, from translating strategic targets into business unit and factory-level execution, to ensuring disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes.
