We look forward to meeting you.</p><p><br/></p><p>The Opportunity</p><p>We are launching a high-impact, group-wide Value Creation Program – R&amp;Sult – and are looking for a Strategic Program Director to lead it end-to-end. This role sits at the heart of our company’s evolution, driving operational and commercial excellence, accelerating innovation, and strengthening performance across our global footprint.</p><p><br/></p><p>R&amp;Sult is a structured, Board-endorsed program built around a set of clearly defined strategic workstreams, designed to deliver impact on top-line growth and EBITDA, while building sustainable capabilities across all business units and factories.</p><p><br/></p><p>You will take full ownership of this cross-functional program, from translating strategic targets into business unit and factory-level execution, to ensuring disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes. Working within a defined governance structure (SteerCo, BU and factory teams), you will drive alignment, transparency, and accountability across the organization.</p><p><br/></p><p>This role requires a rare mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, engaging with the Board, CEO, and executive leaders while remaining equally credible and effective on the shop floor – connecting strategy with reality and ambition with results.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead and orchestrate the R&amp;Sult program across all strategic workstreams, ensuring alignment across business units and factory locations</li><li>Translate top-level strategic targets into actionable plans, driving disciplined execution and measurable impact</li><li>Establish and run the program governance, including Steering Committee alignment, monthly performance reviews, and structured performance tracking and reporting</li><li>Challenge and support stakeholders while acting as a central integrator, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, alignment, and prioritization of initiatives</li><li>Identify and unlock additional value potential, continuously enhancing the program scope and impact (growth, productivity, cost-out), while contributing to the evolution of project and program management practices across the Group</li><li>Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Your Profile</p><ul><li>Proven experience leading complex transformation or strategic programs, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments</li><li>Strong project and program management expertise, ideally with exposure to international standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2)</li><li>Track record in delivering measurable business impact (e.g., operational excellence, cost-out, growth initiatives)</li><li>Expertise leading organizational change management initiatives, embedding sustainable behavioral and process change across diverse teams and regions</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with credibility from shop floor to executive level</li><li>Proven ability to lead through influence in a functional organization, aligning stakeholders across levels and regions</li><li>Hands-on, execution-focused leader with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Familiarity with modern PM tools, ideally including monday.com</li><li>Ambition to grow into broader business leadership roles within R&amp;S Group </li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Why This Role is Exciting</p><ul><li>Unique opportunity to lead a Group-wide value creation program with direct and measurable business impact</li><li>High visibility and direct exposure to executive leadership, CEO and Board</li><li>Ability to shape how the organization executes strategy, including building a lasting Project Management framework and capabilities</li><li>Work at the intersection of strategy and operations, with real influence from Boardroom to shop floor</li><li>Accelerated personal and professional growth, with a pathway into broader leadership roles within R&amp;S Group</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Success Measures</p><p><strong>First 3 Months</strong></p><ul><li>Seamless transition of program leadership, ensuring continuity and maintaining momentum across all workstreams</li><li>Rapid assessment and calibration of program status, priorities, and execution gaps within the first weeks</li><li>Reinforcement of governance and reporting discipline, ensuring consistency across BUs and factories</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Within 6-12 Months</strong></p><ul><li>Established execution discipline and full performance transparency, with reliable KPI tracking and consistent application of the implementation logic (e.g., Degree of Implementation (DI) framework)</li><li>Optimized and fully adopted processes and tools, including effective use of the PM landscape (e.g., monday.com)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Beyond 12 Months</strong></p><ul><li>Sustained delivery of measurable business impact, including clear contributions to top-line growth and EBITDA improvement</li><li>Execution excellence and performance culture firmly embedded across the organization</li><li>Established and fully adopted Group-wide Project Management methodology, aligned with international standards (e.g., PMI)</li><li>Ongoing expansion of value creation initiatives, unlocking further potential across functions and regions</li></ul><p></p> </div>
