Qualifications</strong><p><br/></p><ul><li><span>6+ years of experience in defense, aerospace, or security-related environments</span></li><li><span>Proven experience in marketing leadership within regulated or mission-critical industries</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated experience managing HR or people operations in growing organizations</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of defense procurement ecosystems</span></li><li><span>Experience supporting proposal and tender processes</span></li><li><span>Experience building structured recruitment and evaluation processes</span></li><li><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to operate independently in semi-stealth or security-sensitive
