Made in Germany.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why this role is exciting:</strong> You won’t be building marketing for a “nice-to-have” product, but for a solution with real business impact, strong market demand, and real momentum.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>You develop Blockbrain’s <strong>marketing strategy</strong> and translate it into clear priorities for <strong>brand, demand, and market positioning</strong></li><li>You sharpen our <strong>narrative</strong> around <strong>knowledge management, AI, security, and compliance</strong> and turn it into a strong, credible market story</li><li>You own the development of a <strong>scalable demand generation strategy</strong> with a focus on pipeline, conversion, and measurable growth</li><li>You lead <strong>content, brand, and thought leadership formats</strong> across website, LinkedIn, PR, events, case studies, and whitepapers</li><li>You work closely with <strong>Founders, Sales, Product, and Customer Success</strong> to align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market efforts</li><li>You continue to build Blockbrain as a <strong>trusted enterprise brand</strong> and ensure a clear, recognizable market presence</li><li>You manage <strong>agencies, external partners, and budgets</strong>, and decide what should be built in-house and what should be scaled externally</li><li>You lead the marketing team <strong>functionally and disciplinarily</strong>, develop structures, roles, and processes, and ensure strong execution</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Expected AI Skills </strong></p><p>At Blockbrain, we don’t just talk about AI — we use it every day.
