<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>The IMPACT Group is a family-run staffing agency that has been connecting talents and experts with the right companies for nearly 30 years.</p><p><br/></p><p>We're currently recruiting for an international consumer goods company and looking for an experienced <strong>Digital Media/Programmatic Manager (m/f/x)</strong> to join their global digital marketing team.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>You'll be a great fit if you have:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in Programmatic and Paid Media</li><li>Strong expertise with DSPs such as <strong>DV360, The Trade Desk or Amazon DSP</strong></li><li>Experience managing campaigns across <strong>Meta, TikTok and Google Ads</strong></li><li>Knowledge of <strong>CM360, GA4 and DoubleVerify</strong> (or similar ad tech tools)</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable insights</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional and international stakeholders</li><li>Excellent English communication skills</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>In this role, you'll:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and optimize digital media strategies across Programmatic, Paid Social and Search</li><li>Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms</li><li>Drive testing, innovation and digital best practices</li><li>Present performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholders</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you're looking for your next challenge in an international environment, I'd be happy to tell you more about the opportunity.</p> </div>
