Growth has been rapid, investment is increasing, and they're now looking for someone to help connect the dots across their digital marketing ecosystem.</p><p><br/></p><p>You'll join a lean, ambitious team where good ideas get implemented quickly, ownership comes early, and you'll have direct visibility of the impact you're making.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why this role?</strong></p><ul><li>Join a high-growth European consumer group scaling rapidly across multiple markets</li><li>Work across a genuinely broad channel mix – Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok Shop, ecommerce, marketplaces and more</li><li>Learn directly from experienced commercial and marketing leaders</li><li>Big budgets, lots of testing, and the freedom to try new things</li><li>High ownership from day one in a business that moves fast</li><li>Ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience across digital growth and acquisition</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Helping drive growth across a multi-million-euro digital marketing budget</li><li>Working across multiple acquisition channels, identifying what's working and where the next opportunities are</li><li>Analysing campaign, customer and commercial data to uncover growth opportunities</li><li>Partnering with channel specialists, ecommerce and product teams to improve performance across the funnel</li><li>Testing new audiences, creative approaches, products and channel opportunities</li><li>Supporting expansion into new channels and markets</li><li>Turning insights into action quickly in a business that values speed over bureaucracy</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What they're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>2-4+ years' experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or digital acquisition</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in at least one major channel (Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok or similar)</li><li>Commercially minded and comfortable working with data</li><li>Naturally curious – someone who enjoys testing, learning and figuring things out</li><li>A "get things done" mentality and comfort working in a fast-moving environment</li><li>Experience within ecommerce, DTC, FMCG or consumer brands would be ideal</li><li>Fluent English plus German language skills (B1/B2+)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>This won't suit someone looking for a highly structured corporate environment.</p><p><br/></p><p>It will suit someone who enjoys ownership, variety and the opportunity to make a visible impact in a business that's growing quickly across Europe.</p> </div>
