Digital Marketing Manager

This role is for someone who has personally built and optimized digital programs, not just managed agencies.<br/><br/>You’ll own our website, lead an upcoming refresh, and drive SEO, SEM, and AI search (AEO) strategies to support commercial growth.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Execute SEO, SEM, and AI search strategies to drive visibility and leads </li><li> Own and optimize the website (including refresh project) </li><li> Build keyword strategies aligned to customer behavior </li><li> Analyze performance & turn insights into action </li><li> Build & maintain dashboards providing clear insights into digital performance </li><li> Partner with marketing colleagues & the wider commercial team to drive pipeline impact </li><li> Explore & apply AI tools to improve marketing performance <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience </li><li> Proven track record building and optimizing SEO/SEM programs </li><li> Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush </li><li> Strong analytical mindset & ability to translate data into action </li><li> Experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharma services is strongly preferred </li><li> Comfortable working in a fast-paced global organization </li><li> Collaborative & supportive in a small team environment </li><li> Website redesign or platform implementation experience </li><li> Experience with Power BI or Dynamics 365</li></ul> </div>
