As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving demand, building our brand, and connecting our solutions with the customers who need them most.<br/><br/>This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own and deliver multi-channel campaigns across Switzerland, working across a diverse product portfolio. If you’re a data-driven marketer who thrives on variety, ownership, and delivering measurable results—this is your opportunity to make a real difference.<br/><br/>Olmero is Switzerland’s leading tender platform for the construction industry, while SMART is an innovative solution deployed across Hubexo.<br/><br/>What you’ll be doing<br/><br/>You’ll take ownership of a wide range of marketing activities, including:<br/><br/><ul><li>Managing and delivering various marketing projects across channels</li><li>Owning website performance and landing pages, driving conversion optimisation</li><li>Executing email marketing campaigns and lifecycle journeys</li><li>Managing CRM and marketing automation workflows</li><li>Creating and promoting content marketing assets (e.g. white papers)</li><li>Supporting events, including webinars and trade shows</li><li>Running organic social media activity</li><li>Managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)</li><li>Executing paid social campaigns (Meta &amp; LinkedIn Ads)</li><li>Developing sales enablement materials and collateral</li><li>Owning analytics, reporting, and performance tracking</li><li>Conducting market research where needed<br/><br/></li></ul>Your toolbox<br/><br/>You’ll work across a modern marketing tech stack, including:<br/><br/><ul><li>Project management tools (Trello and Jira)</li><li>CRM platforms (currently Dynamics 365, transitioning to HubSpot)</li><li>CMS platforms (WordPress, Elementor)</li><li>Content creation tools (Canva, potentially Adobe suite)</li><li>Paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)</li><li>Tracking and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mouseflow, etc.)</li><li>We would also require a strong understanding of both German and English languages for this role</li></ul> </div>
