This role is the strategic and hands-on heart of our US marketing function: you own the full funnel, from content and SEO to paid media and email, and translate it into real Partner acquisition and end-customer demand. We're not looking for a strategist who outsources execution, and not for an executor without a point of view. We need both – in one person. If you can lead strategy and ship campaigns, think in funnels and measure in outcomes, and want to scale something rather than maintain it, keep reading.<br/><br/><br/>Your tasks: <br/><br/><br/><ul> <li>Own both content strategy and performance marketing for the US market – build a strong organic foundation while scaling paid programs across search, social, display, and affiliate channels to drive Partner acquisition and end-customer demand. <br/> </li> <li><br/> </li> <li>Lead and execute: you set direction with the Head of Marketing and stay close enough to the work to ensure quality, performance, and on-time delivery across all channels.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Own and evolve the editorial calendar with a consistent production cadence that supports both short-term campaigns and long-term organic growth.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Run social and email channels end-to-end, building integrated programs that align paid and organic efforts into a unified brand experience with measurable engagement.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Own forecasting and performance reporting across all digital channels. Translate data into clear insights, business context, and recommended next steps for leadership.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Identify emerging platforms, content formats, and growth opportunities to expand reach across both traditional and AI-powered search landscapes.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Mentor and level up team members locally and internationally alongside the Head of Marketing, building capability in both SEO and performance marketing disciplines.<br/> <br/></li></ul><strong>Your profile: <br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>5+ years of digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated hands-on ownership across both content and performance disciplines. <br/><br/> </li> <li>Hands-on content creation experience is essential. Solid working knowledge of (or eagerness to deepen) paid media: Organic/SEO, paid search (Google/Bing Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), display, PR, and affiliate or partnership channels.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Strong SEO fundamentals: ability to troubleshoot SEO issues and build content strategies that win organic search share across traditional and AI-powered search.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Hands-on email marketing experience – planning, executing, and aligning messaging across paid and organic channels for a seamless audience experience.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Data-driven decision-making with working fluency in GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, and CRM platforms.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Strong grasp of A/B testing, CRO, audience segmentation, and growth experimentation – applied to both content and paid channels.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Hands-on with AI and automation tools to drive campaign efficiency, content production, and reporting workflows.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Excellent written communication and editorial instinct – you can produce and evaluate compelling content across formats.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage budgets responsibly, forecast spend, and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Track record of owning channel metrics end-to-end: setting KPI targets, building reporting rhythms, and connecting marketing activity to business outcomes.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Confident collaborator who builds alignment across Creative, Product, Business Development, and Partner Coaching teams.<br/><br/> </li> <li>Genuine curiosity about smart building technology, architecture, or design.<br/></li></ul> </div>
