Chiquita Brands International grows, procures, markets and sells bananas and other fresh fruits under the Chiquita brand and other names.<br/><br/><strong>Job Description<br/><br/></strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Support the Digital team in daily operations and project execution, including:</li><li>eCRM operations and project management. </li><li>Coordination with external agencies and partners. </li><li>Management and optimization of both B2C and B2B websites. </li><li>Take ownership of digital projects of varying scope and complexity, from conception to delivery. </li><li>Build campaign and promotional pages using the internal Content Management System (CMS). </li><li>Develop and implement tag plans to support tracking and analytics. </li><li>Collect and consolidate data from both online and offline sources. </li><li>Design and maintain dashboards and deliver regular performance reports using Google Data Studio and/or PowerBI. </li><li>Monitor, interpret, and communicate trends in digital metrics and KPIs to drive actionable insights. </li><li>Support the team in the implementation of process simplification and automation. </li><li>Assist the team on item management tasks (GDSN, GS1) utilizing digital content syndication platforms. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Experience & Background</li><li>Solid understanding of the marketing and digital landscape. </li><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum 18 months of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in several of the following areas:</li><ul><li>CRM</li><li>UX/UI</li><li>SEO/SEM</li><li>E-commerce</li><li>Email marketing</li><li>Content management / CMS</li><li>Reporting and marketing data analyst</li></ul><li>Experience with Amazon, Azure or GCP stack is considered an asset. </li><li>Familiarity with GDSN, 1WorldSync / Syndigo interfaces, or major DAM platforms is a strong plus. </li><li>Certifications in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or PowerBI are highly desirable. </li><li> Key Skills</li><li> Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs. </li><li> Tech-savvy with a broad range of digital skills. </li><li> In-depth knowledge of digital marketing activities and strategies. </li><li> Demonstrated experience in process simplification and automation. </li><li> Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative in managing tasks and projects. </li><li> Excellent organizational and communication skills. <br/><br/></li></ul>Additional Information<br/><br/><strong>What We Offer:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package</li><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment within the food supply chain</li><li>A collaborative team culture committed to quality, sustainability, and growth</li><li>Exposure to global markets and international trade processes<br/><br/></li></ul> </div>
