You can expect exciting, varied tasks with the opportunity to actively shape the further development of the company.<br/><br/><strong>BE AUGENTIC!<br/><br/></strong>We are currently looking for a<br/><br/><strong>DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)<br/><br/></strong><strong>for our headquarters in Munich:<br/><br/></strong><strong>Role Overview:<br/><br/></strong>We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and automation processes for our on-premises identity management solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with on-premises environments, infrastructure as code, and security best practices. This role requires a proactive and innovative mindset to optimize system performance and reliability.<br/><br/>This position is based in Munich, with frequent coordination with international teams and project stakeholders.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Infrastructure &amp; On-Premises Management:</li><ul><li>Design, deploy, and maintain scalable on-premise infrastructure,</li><li>Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools,</li><li> Ensure high availability, resilience, and security of on-premise environments.<br/><br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li>CI/CD Pipeline Implementation:</li><ul><li>Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for application deployment,</li><li>Integrate automated testing, security scans, and monitoring tools into CI/CD workflows.</li><li>Optimize deployment strategies for minimal downtime and rollback capabilities.<br/><br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Automation &amp; Configuration Management:</li><ul><li>Automate deployment, scaling, and recovery processes using scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell,</li><li>Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes,</li><li>Ensure seamless integration of DevOps tools into development and operational workflows,<br/><br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li> Monitoring, Logging &amp; Performance Optimization:</li><ul><li>Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalent tools,</li><li>Analyze system performance metrics and optimize resource utilization,</li><li>Develop and maintain alerts and dashboards for real-time visibility.<br/><br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li> Security &amp; Compliance:</li><ul><li>Ensure security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network, security,</li><li>Implement compliance controls for GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, and other industry standards,</li><li>Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.<br/><br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li> Collaboration &amp; Agile Development:</li><ul><li>Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows,</li><li>Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical discussions,</li><li>Provide guidance and mentoring to junior DevOps engineers.<br/></li></ul></ul><strong>Requirements<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or on-premise environment management,</li><li>Extensive experience with on-premises infrastructure design and maintenance,</li><li>Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.),</li><li>Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture,</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions,</li><li>Expertise in system monitoring, logging, and observability solutions,</li><li>Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell,</li><li>Familiarity with security best practices in on-premises environments,</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication abilities.</li><li>Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese, French, or German is a plus.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>A responsible position with room for creativity and development,</li><li>An international working environment characterized by team spirit and mutual appreciation,</li><li>An extraordinary and exciting product portfolio,</li><li>Flat hierarchies, </li><li>Flexible working hours,</li><li>Modern office environment,</li><li>Company Health Insurance</li></ul> </div>
