This is a W2-only role requiring solid skills in automation, CI/CD, and container orchestration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth application releases, maintain system stability, and collaborate closely with development teams.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Manage and support Linux-based systems in production and staging environments.</li><li>Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.</li><li>Create, manage, and troubleshoot Docker containers and images.</li><li>Deploy, monitor, and tune Kubernetes clusters and workloads.</li><li>Automate infrastructure tasks using Shell or Python scripts.</li><li>Implement and manage monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).</li><li>Troubleshoot system, container, and cluster-level issues end-to-end.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with development and QA teams to ensure smooth releases.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Required Skills<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>8+ years of DevOps or related experience.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Linux administration.</li><li>Solid experience working with Docker for containerization.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes (deployments, scaling, troubleshooting).</li><li>Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).</li><li>Strong scripting skills in Shell/Bash/Python.</li><li>Experience with monitoring and logging tools.</li></ul> </div>
