This is an opportunity to work on meaningful technology that has real-world impact, while helping engineering teams deliver software faster, more reliably, and at scale.</p><p><br/></p><p>In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain an internal developer platform and cloud infrastructure that enables teams to ship high-quality software with confidence.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Designing and evolving self-service tooling, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and cloud environments (Azure)</li><li>Implementing Infrastructure as Code and GitOps workflows using tools such as Terraform and Ansible</li><li>Creating “golden paths” and paved roads to reduce cognitive load for developers</li><li>Ensuring platform security, scalability, observability, and cost efficiency</li><li>Collaborating with SRE, security, and application teams to define standards and best practices</li><li>Automating repetitive tasks and reducing operational toil through tooling and runbooks</li><li>Driving adoption of modern engineering practices, including observability, progressive delivery, and resilience testing</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>You’ll be someone who:</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Is empathetic towards developers and focused on reducing friction</li><li>Is comfortable working with ambiguity and owning initiatives end-to-end</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li><li>Enjoys learning, sharing knowledge, and improving ways of working</li><li>Has strong communication skills and a clear sense of ownership</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Experience &amp; Skills</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>3+ years’ experience in DevOps or Platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles</li><li>Proven experience building and scaling production-grade systems</li><li>Experience with Kubernetes, pipelines, Terraform, Azure and Ansible</li><li>Background working in agile engineering teams with rapid delivery cycles</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems, with a focus on performance and cost optimisation</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What’s On Offer</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Competitive benefits package, the chance to work with some exceptional people and teams on really exciting real world changing work.</p> </div>
